Evidence-first catalog maintenance
Apply a reviewed audit batch
Every action needs current values, proposed values, and source evidence. The server snapshots the selected distillery, rejects stale data, and writes a review trail before applying the batch. Dependency-safe deletes are supported; force deletes remain individual actions.
Recurring review queue
Unmatched auction bottles
Refreshes automatically after each new completed Unicorn auction. Results stay here until you explicitly create, link, or dismiss a candidate.

Store Network
Approve staff access separately from source evidence. Accepting a social or community source never publishes a collector-facing drop.
Store information and inventory reports
Verify store corrections and investigate inventory signals.
Verify corrections with the retailer or an official source before resolving. Duplicate locations require a reviewed canonical merge; a report never deletes a store.
Store claims
Verify who is requesting staff access before granting a role.
Sourced drop leads
Review social and community sources as evidence for a possible drop.
Feed source leads
Review official publisher and label candidates.
